Where do you ship to?

We only ship in Pennsylvania per the Department of Agriculture regulations.  The Brownie Queen plans to expand the shipping area. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

How do you mail your brownies?

Our shipping charges are calculated by the total value of the purchase, weight, and distance from our shipping location in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Your brownie orders will be packaged in a shipping box and mailed via United Stated Postal Service Priority Mail for a standard regional flat rate fee.  The rate includes handling fees.  The Regional Flat Rates are determined by the size of your order and the region it is being shipped.  The regions are divided into 3 areas- eastern, central and western states. 

Shipping and handling fees can always be calculated at checkout, before you submit your order.  Any orders totaling $130.01 (before shipping costs) and up must be placed by contacting us due to the volume of the order and variable shipping costs.  

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow one to two business days to process your order, depending on the volume of orders, holidays, etc.  We strive to process and ship your order within 48 hours of receiving  your order. If your e mail is provided, you will receive notification via e mail that your order has been shipped. 

When will my brownies arrive?

Since we ship via Priority mail, after processing your order, your package should arrive within 1 to 3 days business days, depending on your location. If you provide an e mail when placing your order, you will be able to track your package.

What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address?

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If we make a mistake on the shipping label, we will bake your order again and reship your order.  If you make a mistake, we will send another order and split the cost. You pay half for the order and we will pay the other half. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. This policy of splitting costs is subject to change for large orders. Please contact us if this situation occurs. 

Do you have a limit on how many purchases an individual can order?

Yes. Due to shipping costs, any order totaling $130.00 and up will not automatically be shipped. These orders will take additional time to prepare and shipping costs will vary. As previously stated, please contact us if your order exceeds this limit for further assistance. 

Can I ship to someone else?

Yes. At checkout you can change the address and provide special instructions for us regarding your order.


What if I am dissatisfied once I get my order and I want a refund?

We will provide you a partial refund. You will not be refunded shipping costs and processing fees.  In addition, you will need to return your brownie order before we can process your refund. Please see our terms and conditions for more details on refunds. 

Additional Shipping Information

  • Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • Orders received on Friday will not be shipped until Monday to avoid weekend transport since USPS does not ship in Sundays
  • Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday
  • Weather related delays are beyond our control and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates 
  • Holiday related delays are beyond our control and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates
